JET reserves the right to cancel any course up to two weeks prior to the first day of the course.

When necessary, JET reserves the right to cancel a course at any time due to weather conditions.

Participants may cancel a course registration anytime prior to the course for a full refund providing the cancellation is done in writing. Individuals who do not cancel the registration in writing and do not attend a class forfeit the registration fee.

To confirm a telephone cancellation, JET must receive written verification within one week of the first date of the course.

Participants from affiliate and contracting organizations must contact their education department to cancel their registration.
