The outcomes that we have experienced from working in a team
oriented environment have sometimes fallen short of the ideal. When
teams are well integrated and in synchrony they are capable of amazing
things and are fun to be a part of. However, when teams don't perform
we are sometimes at a loss to figure out what is going wrong. If you
and your team are struggling or under-performing then this could be the
course you need to get back on track. This half day course from the
work of Patrick Lenconi will look at the 5 dysfunctions that teams face and
give some concrete ideas for putting the team back into teamwork. This
course is for managers, supervisors, team leaders, and potential leaders.
