JET's instructors come from a wide variety of
backgrounds, giving a rich and many layered texture to our organization. At
JET, we're proud of the skill and diversity of our instructional team!

Renee Husted, MS, FNP earned a Bachelors Degree from Elmira College in
1997. In 2004, she earned a Master’s Degree from SUNY Binghamton. Renee has
seven years experience in Labor and Delivery.. She is currently employed by
Corning Guthrie as an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner.

Joyce Hyatt, PhD(c), RN, MS, PCNP is grant facilitator for Chemung
Valley Health Network (CVHN), the rural health network in Chemung County. She is
a Board member and an active volunteer nurse practitioner for Health Ministry of
the Southern Tier and serves on the Board of Central New York Area Health
Education Center. Joyce has successfully authored grants to fund many project
sponsored by CVHN. She has served as an adjunct instructor at Elmira College and
Binghamton University nursing courses.

Pam Kauffman has been working with adult learners for more than a
decade. She holds an Associates degree in Communications from Corning
Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Communications from SUNY at Geneseo,
and an Advances Training of Trainers Certificate from Elmira College.

Cyndee Kennedy and Kristi Pierce are Co-Creators and Co-Founders
of Leading EDGEucation Consultancy, a company whose purpose is to promote the
understanding and practice of effective leadership skills, at both the
individual and organizational levels. They have over 30 years of
experience in teaching and coaching, designing and facilitating staff
development programs for administrators, teachers and support staff.
Cyndee holds a Master's Degree from Elmira College and a Bachelor's Degree from
Elmira College. Kristi is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and
Mansfield University. Both Cyndee and Kristi have national leadership
certification from About Learning in Chicago, IL. |

Jean Keenan is a Business Education instructor who received her
Bachelor of Science Degree from Rider College, Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
She has taught at the high school and college levels in Maine, Pennsylvania and
New York. In addition, Jean has extensive experience in office settings.
She also updates the JET, Inc., website on a regular basis.

Kevin Kole currently works for Arnot Health Cardiac
Rehabilitation Center as a Fitness Trainer for employee wellness for the
Wellness Program. He works with cardiac patients, Bariatric Program
patients, Risk Reduction participants, and weight management patients.
Kevin designs and implements fitness programs tailored to their specific needs.
Additionally, he is an accredited Smoking Cessation Counselor through the
University of Pittsburgh for Arnot Health. Kevin received his AAS degree
with an emphasis in strength and conditioning from Corning Community College.
He is the Fitness Facility Manager for the Elmira Country Club. Kevin has
trained in Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan Karate, and Tai Chi. He instructs Tai Chi
training at the North County Senior Center in Horseheads. Kevin has taught
a self-defense class at the Arnot Ogden and Elmira College. He also
volunteers at the Horseheads Police Department.

Linda Lathrop is Training Manager for JET, Inc., where she is
responsible for marketing, public relations, contracts, course development,
customized in-house training, recruiting instructors, and day-to-day
decision-making as JET Team Leader. She is also an Emergency Medical
Services Educator for Bradford-Susquehanna EMS and a member of the GEM-CISM
Team. Linda enjoys the challenge of public speaking and has been a member
of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping
individuals improve their speaking, listening, and thinking skills. She is
serving as the District 65, Area 15 Governor and is responsible for 5
Toastmasters Clubs from Bath to Owego, NY. Linda is also a workshop
presenter for businesses and professional groups, churches, and community
organizations. She is facilitator for Leadership Chemung, NY PENN
Leadership, and Leadership Schuyler.

Roger R. Lathrop, B.A., RRT is currently an Acute Case Manager at
Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. His past experience includes Assistant
Clinical Instructor for Mansfield University/Robert Packer Hospital School of
Respiratory Therapy as well as Hudson Valley Community College in affiliation
with Albany Medical Center. He currently provides case management support for
Intensive Care Units as well as 1st Impressions Birthing Center at
Robert Packer Hospital. Roger’s past clinical experience includes staff
therapist with St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira, NY as well as staff therapist
and flight transport therapist with Albany Medical Center and Albany Med Flight,
Albany, NY.

Susan Lockwood, R.N., B.S.N., M.S., has had several years
of experience as an acute care nurse in the hospital setting, College Professor,
High School Nurse and has been an instructor for more than twelve years. She
consistently earns high rankings from JET, Inc.'s student evaluations. Susan
strives to make learning enjoyable, interjecting anecdotes from her health
management experience.

Karen Lower, RN, MS, CNA is the Executive Director,
Product Line at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY. She earned a BA, Biology
from Asbury College, Wilmore, KY and a MSN from PACE University, Pleasantville,
NY. Karen’s major responsibility is for Falck Cancer Center and all oncology
services. She has administrative responsibility for other clinical areas,
including IV Therapy, Same Day Services, Pain Management Center and Nursing
Information Systems. |

Patricia Malletz,
CASAC is the Community Coordinator for Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Chemung
County. Prior to this position she was employed for more than six years
with the Caron Foundation, working in many different capacities with this highly
respected inpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility. Following her
time with the Caron Foundation, Pat became the Clinical supervisor at Charles
Cole Memorial Hospital for their Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Department in
Coudersport, Pennsylvania. She is currently a Credentialed Alcoholism
Substance Abuse Counselor and holds certification in New York. |

Patricia A. Martin RN, BS, MS, FNP, holds an AS in
Nursing, Corning Community College; BSN, Elmira College; MSN Syracuse
University; Adult Nurse Practitioner, Syracuse University; and Family Nurse
Practitioner, SUNY Binghamton. The majority of her nursing career has been spent
in critical care. She has also worked in oncology, hematology, rheumatology,
gastroenterology, and cardiology. Patricia feels that nursing is a wonderful
profession with tremendous future possibilities and this is a message she
conveys to her students.

Diane Marvin, M.S., M.S.N., J.D., APN, BC is the Director
of Nursing at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira, New York. She is a certified
Clinical Nurse Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing and a BLS instructor for
the American Heart Association. Diane also teaches Ethical Dilemmas: A
Process for Decision-Making, Legal and Ethical Aspects of Patient Care for RNs
and LPNs, Legal and Ethical Aspects of Patient Care for Aides, Excellence in
Medication Administration, Delegation: Do’s, Doubts and Don’ts For Nurses, and
Managing Quality Meetings.

Kate McKenzie is a graduate of Cornell University, holds a master’s
degree in Adult Education from Elmira College, and is a visiting lecturer at
Corning Community College. With more than 20 years experience in "Corporate
America," Kate applies her knowledge, skills, and talent to the many challenges
faced by businesses and individuals in today’s fast-paced, ever changing
environment. Kate is the owner of Esprit Consulting, a small business
specializing in creative and spirited training, coaching and communications. Her
passions for lifelong learning, celebrating diversity, and inspiring and
motivating others are evident in all aspects of her professional life.

Jason Monahan, RN, MSEd., serves in a
supervisory role in various hospital settings. He is also the sole
proprietor of a business: Proactive Approach Coordinating Individualized
Services (PACIS). Jason has worked in all facets of Nursing including
Community Health, Pediatrics, Travel Nursing, Staff Development, Administration,
and Medical/Surgical. He is a New York State certified teacher and has
taught all age ranges from birth to adult learners for the past 7 years.
Jason epitomizes the concept of life-long learner as he is currently in the
process of completing his Certificate of Advance Studies in Educational
Administration, finishing up course work to become a NYS Certified Nursing Home
Administrator and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management.

John Montgomery retired from IBM in 2006
after a 32-year career as a programmer, systems analyst and financial analyst.
He is now a speaker, teacher and consultant, currently developing public
speaking courses for Jones International University. John has a BS in
Computer Science from Purdue University.

Pamela Palmer, RN, TNCC works in the ER at Schuyler
Hospital. She is a graduate of Corning Community College with AAS in Nursing.
Pam is an instructor for ACLS & PALS. She was awarded Nurse of the Year
1995-1996. She consistently earns a rating of 4.0 (5.0 scale) or better.
JET participants give Pam excellent reviews and enjoy her courses.

Amy Pollard, R.N., B.S.N., M.P.S. is currently Vice
President, Patient Care Services at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, New
York. Amy has taught Confronting Performance
Problems numerous times for JET, Inc. She consistently earns a rating of 4.7
(5.0 scale) or better, as well as comments from participants such as "very
enjoyable and informative," "an excellent instructor," and "I would strongly
recommend this course to all supervisors-managers."

Charlene Prior, M.S., R.N. has been teaching for JET
since 1992. She received her MS from Syracuse University and her B.S.N. from
Alfred University. Participants consistently comment on how Charlene "makes the
material fun" and "easier to learn with her innovative teaching strategies."
