Molly Bailey
graduated from Alfred University with a Masters Degree in Community
Services Administration, and from Mansfield University with Bachelors in
Business Administration. Her professional experience includes
eighteen plus years of experience in human resources administration and
organizational development.
Molly is currently a partner in a Consortium of Business Enhancement
Specialists called B.T. Associates. She
also owns and operates a
consulting business called Advantage Coaching and Consulting. Throughout
her career she has been involved in developing and presenting numerous
workshops, seminars, and customized trainings for a wide variety of
organizations, schools and universities, and community groups.
Molly serves as an Adjunct Instructor for several regional colleges and
universities, teaching coursework in business and human resource
management. |

Laura Balmer, RN,
MS, ANP is a graduate of Arnot Ogden School of Nursing and holds Bachelor’s
Degrees from Mansfield University in education and Keuka College in Nursing. Her
Master’s Degree and Adult Nurse Practitioner certificates were earned at
Syracuse University. She has 13 years of critical care experience and 14 years
of radiation oncology experience. She currently is practicing as a radiation
oncology nurse practitioner with Associated Radiologists of the Finger Lakes at Falck Cancer Center at Arnot Ogden and has a strong interest in quality of life
issues, symptom management, and palliative care.

Nancy Banfield-Johnson earned her BSN at Cornell
University New York Hospital School of Nursing and her MSN at Syracuse
University. She has extensive nursing experience which include positions as a
charge nurse, public health supervisor, staff development instructor, adult
nurse practitioner and consultant in the areas of inpatient psychiatry,
medical/surgical nursing, home health and primary care. She has taught nurses,
nurse practitioners and physicians at Tompkins Community College, Syracuse
University and Robert Packer Hospital/Guthrie Clinic Family Practice residency.
Nancy is currently a nurse manager in the skilled nursing unit at Kendal at
Ithaca, a continuing care retirement community.

Harold Bates is the owner of Robotics 1, which is a consulting
company that provides technology related services in hardware,
networking, and security for its clients, utilizing a blend of software
from both the Windows and Open Source worlds. He has been working
in the technology field for over fifteen year, became hardware certified
in 1995, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 2001 and a
Certified International Standards Security Professional (CISSP) in 2005.
Harold has taught people in private and classroom setting throughout his
career.

George Bliss, RN, is Director of Nursing at Ira Davenport Memorial
Hospital. He started his career as a Nursing Assistant and became
a licensed Practical Nurse. He also worked as a LPN while
attending school at Corning Community College, where he became a RN and
received his AAS in Nursing. George also holds an AAS in Business
Administration from Corning Community College. He has a Bachelor
of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan College and is currently
attending Keuka College pursuing a Masters in Management degree.
George has held the following positions: Director of Staff
Development in a long term care facility, substituted as a clinical
instructor for the Hornell NY BOCES Certified Nursing Assistant program
and worked as an Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing
in both acute and long term care.

Janice Brewer retired in January 2000 as an instructor
of Psychiatric/Mental Health Medical/Surgical Nursing at the Arnot Ogden Medical
Center School of Nursing. Janice brings to the classroom over 20 years of
experience in classroom teaching and clinical interventions with psychiatric
clients. She also has experience in medical/surgical nursing and has been in
supervisory positions in both Post Anesthesia Recovery and the Operating Suite.
Janice is a Diploma graduate of the Arnot Ogden Medical Center School of
Nursing, received her BSN from Alfred University and has an MSN from Syracuse
University with a concentration in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.

Sandra Brill, CRNP,
CDE, MSN has been awarded an ADN from Purdue University, BSN from Elmira College
and MSN in Nursing and Education from Drexel University. Sandra
has been a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner since 1990 and a certified
Diabetes Educator since 1996. She is currently doing independent
contracting for diabetes and works part time at Laurel Health System. |

Gregg Brown is an Organization Development Consultant, with emphasis
in human resource and organization development functions. He holds
the positions of Associate Professor, Lecturer and Adjunct Instructor,
teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resource
Management, Management, Organizational Development, Marketing,
Leadership, and Career Management in the United States and Canada.

Muriel S. Brown, BS, RN is the Staff Development Coordinator at
the Steuben County Health Care Facility in Bath, New York. She is
a graduate of St. James Mercy Hospital School of Nursing and Nazareth
College and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau. Muriel's experience is
extensive in both acute care and long-term care. She is a BLS
instructor for the American Heart Association. |

Colleen Bucher, RD, CDN is a registered dietician who assesses
the nutritional status of potential Bariatric and Adult Weight
Management Program patients. She provides ongoing counseling to
all weight loss patients as well as patients with nutritionally related
medical problems. She oversees the nutritional status of these
patients in a group and individual setting and coordinates the Adult
Weight Management Program at Arnot Health. Colleen received her BS
in Nutrition & Food Science from Middle Tennessee State University and
completed her internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Colleen is also certified in Adult Weight Managment. |

Rev. Anne Campbell, MDiv, CT is a Presbyterian Minister and
Pastor of the Moreland Presbyterian Church in Beaver Dams, NY. She has
also served as Chaplain at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY; Schuyler
Hospital, Montour Falls, NY; and Southern Tier Hospice and Palliative Care (STHPC),
Corning, NY. Anne most recently was Bereavement Coordinator at STHPC where
she was responsible for the bereavement program, including adult and children's
grief support groups, staff education, and volunteer training. She is
certified in Thanatology through Association for Death Education and Counseling
(ADEC). Anne loves to teach and is currently completing her NYS Elementary
Education Certification.

Karen Cilley graduated from Empire State College with a B.S.
degree in The Arts - Computer Graphic Design and from Corning Community College
with an A.A.S. degree in Business Administration. She currently works for
GST BOCES Computer Services Center supporting Special Education software.
Karen has several years of experience with Microsoft products and has taught
Keyboarding for JET since 2002.

Robert E. Cole, M.D., F.A.C.S has been active in bariatric
surgery since 1982. In 1999, he and his partner, Dr. Douglas D. McKane,
began an active collaboration in developing the Roux en y gastric bypass for
their patients in the Southern Tier. The Arnot Health Bariatric Surgery
team, Dr. McKane and Dr. Cole, are dedicated to providing professional
healthcare to any individual whose excess weight is endangering their life.
They have performed between 1100 and 1200 gastric bypasses. Their
collaboration with the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, a designated Center of
Excellence by Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield and the American Society for
Bariatric Surgery, has allowed them to provide a comprehensive program to their
patients incorporating dietary counseling, psychological evaluation, exercise
advice pre and post operation, and life-long follow-up. Dr. Cole received
his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine,
completed an internship with the US Army Tripler General Hospital, Honolulu,
Hawaii, and completed general surgery residency from the US Army Madigan General
Hospital, Tacoma, Washington.

Debbie Danko, RN , is a graduate of Alfred State College, Corning
Community College, and is currently pursuing her BSN at Elmira College.
She has been an Insulin Pump trainer since 1997. Debbie provides
individual and group education, including comprehensive Diabetes
education, pump orientation and training, and intensive insulin
management. She has been oncology certified for the last 13 years.
Debbie currently works at Guthrie Cancer Center as a Nurse Supervisor. |

Margaret N. Davis,
DCH(c), with a BA in counseling and an MS in Clinical Hypnotherapy, uses a
holistic approach in her private practice and transformational workshops with
groups. Board Certified by the International Board of Regression Therapy (IBRT),
and a past member of the Board of Directors of the International Association for
Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT), Margaret teaches from her healing
center, BodyMind Wellness Healing Center, in Corning, New York and across the
country.

Linda M. Dietsche, MSN,
BSN, RN,
retired from VAMC, Canandaigua, NY, in 2005. She works per diem as
a consultant at VAMC Canandaigua working in Primary Care. Linda
was a Captain in the USNR, Navy Operations Support Center in Syracuse,
NY. She received her BSN from Alfred University and her MSN from
the University of Kentucky. Linda received her Post MSN family
nurse practitioner from St. John Fisher College. She is also an
ACLS and BLS/AED Provider. |

Patsy Drake is the
Director of Development for the Christian Learning Center in Corning,
NY, a Visiting Lecturer at Corning Community College, and a business
owner. She has worked in the computer industry for over 25 years
and recently completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
with a concentration in Management. Patsy enjoys teaching students
of all ages and looks forward to helping them increase their computer
knowledge.

Mark Dworsky, M.B.A.
is the Director of Clinical Engineering at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira, New
York. Mark is a graduate of Penn State University, Elmira College, and Syracuse
University. As the Director of Clinical Engineering, his responsibilities
include the management of two departments; Communications and Biomedical
Engineering, contract negotiations, chairing acquisition management, and
providing in-service education to all levels of healthcare workers. Mark teaches
Negotiating Skills, Just Get It Done: Overcoming Procrastination &
Other Time Robbers, Financial Fitness: A Personal Finance Workshop and
Organizational Dynamics: The Management Process for JET, Inc. In
addition, he represents St. Joseph's on the JET, Inc. Board of Directors and the
JET, Inc. Management Advisory Committee.

Susan Ferrito, MS, Ed., RRT is the Director of Clinical Education for the School of
Respiratory Therapy, Mansfield University, and Guthrie Healthcare System. She is
a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, Wheeling, West Virginia with a
Bachelor’s of Biology in the field of Clinical Science specializing in
Respiratory Therapy. Susan received a Training of Trainers Advanced Certificate
in 2003 and a Master’s of
Science in Adult Education from Elmira College in 2006.

Barbara Fletcher, M.S., B.S. previously worked full time
for SUNY College of Technology, Counseling Services, Alfred, New York. She now
is retired and works per diem for St. James Mercy Health in their Adult &
Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. In addition, she is extensively involved in
Emergency Services, is an EMT instructor and a member of a Critical Incident
Stress Debriefing Team.

Kathleen Gallaway, RN, CPNP earned her BSN from Hartwick
College, Oneonta, New York and Certified Nurse Practitioner from USAF, Texas.
She is an Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member at Binghamton University, Syracuse
University, and Elmira College. Kathleen provides clinical preceptorship in
pediatric primary care to nursing students at various stages of their training.
She is a Fellow, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates,
Practitioners; Member Sigma Theta Tau, PALS, and Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
certified.

Lee Gaylord's
creative and interactive style of teaching will not only be fun, but will
empower you to explore myriad possibilities and perspectives! Lee is a Diversity
trainer, trained by the REACH Center, a multicultural, global education
organization, based in Seattle, Washington. She received additional Diversity
training from the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A., in Boston, Massachusetts. Lee is a
Master Trainer for the Seven Lakes Girl Scout Council. A favorite JET trainer,
Lee creates and presents a wide variety of interpersonal development trainings,
including team development, customer service, handling difficult people and
values clarification.

Linda Henshaw, RN is a graduate of St. James Mercy Health
School of Nursing, Hornell, NY. She has 22 years at St. James Mercy Health as a
RN with experience in Medical/Surgical, Dialysis, and in ICU. Linda is the
Director of Quality and Risk Management. She has also been the Infection Control
Nurse since December 1998. Linda also is an HIV Coordinator and a member of the
Steuben County AIDS Task Force, and an HIV Counselor Trainer. She currently
instructs workshops on Hospital Preparedness for Chemical, Biological and
Nuclear Attacks for healthcare workers, daycare employees, BOCES Administrators,
and Police Departments. |

Robyn Hoffman is a
Registered Nurse at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, New York.
She has 6 years' experience in a clinical setting. Robyn has
worked as a Clinical Nurse II on a medical/surgical unit specializing in
Bariatric patients and oncology patients. She is a graduate from
Corning Community College and presently is attending Keuka College. |

Patricia Hurley-Trojan brings to the classroom over 18
years of supervisory and management experience in the public and private
sectors. She is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Master's
Degree in Executive Business Administration. Pat is currently the CFO of a
non-for-profit Chemical Dependency Treatment. She holds a NYS credential as a
substance abuse and alcoholism counselor.
